HOW DOES IT WORK
The only way to see change is to make changes. You will only see the changes you want, if you make the right changes. A good place to start is by making a top five things you want to change. These things could be things you'd like to start or stop doing, or even things that you are doing at the moment, but would like to do it either more, less or just differently. Once you have your five things, place them in order from the easiest to the one that'll be the biggest challenge.
THE NEXT STEP
How you implement and change is the key with regards to your chances of success. If you try and attack all five at once then the odds are firmly against you. However, start at the top, change just one thing, and it won't be long before that change has become permanent. You are ready now to make another change and soon enough, number two on your list can be ticked off!
