The Bootcamp will run over a 4-week period between 6am-7am, incorporate physical and mental challenges to promote fitness and positivity. You will be exercising with like-minded individuals, which will act as a great motivator and general encouragement. . The Bootcamp will take place outdoors, as there is no such thing as bad weather just poor clothing selection! If you wish to continue with your current gym membership, or want an additional workout for home, I can design a programme for you that you can fit in around work and other commitments for you to carry out at your leisure. This is especially use full for people who are stuck in the same set routine and want to freshen things up at the gym. Programmes will be sent out by e-mail with pictures and small videos if required to demonstrate different activities. Payment is taken by Bank Transfer. To supplement your fitness plan I can also advise you on a healthy eating programme. For this you will need to complete a food diary for a week and then e-mail it back to me. I will then analyse your food intake and advise you on your percentage of fats, carbohydrates and proteins intake compared to the healthy eating guidelines. Payment is taken by Bank Transfer.
